Terms of Service

Understand our service model, intellectual property rights, and business terms

1. OUR SERVICE MODEL

Quordix provides custom design and software engineering services. By engaging us, you partner with a team dedicated to designing, building, and deploying high-performance, secure web and mobile applications.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) RIGHTS

  • Custom Code & Assets: Upon full payment of all project invoices, the client is granted 100% ownership of the custom source code and design assets built specifically for their project.
  • Reusable Components: Quordix retains ownership of our pre-existing code libraries, UI templates, and development methodologies used to streamline the building process.

3. PROJECT WORKFLOW & HANDOVER

Every Quordix project follows a structured workflow:

  • UI/UX Design: Creating interfaces, wireframes, and design components.
  • System Setup: Configuring database infrastructure and server frameworks.
  • Front-End Development: Implementing web pages, touch interactions, and integrations.
  • Quality Assurance: Performing final testing, cross-browser audits, and verification.

4. QUALITY ASSURANCE & TESTING

Before final delivery, we conduct extensive testing to ensure your application performs well, is secure, and is free of major bugs. Upon receipt of full payment, we coordinate the transfer of all codebase repositories and project credentials to you. Code handover and repository access will only be granted once all outstanding invoices are fully paid.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we use modern security standards, we cannot guarantee that any software is entirely immune to vulnerabilities. Quordix shall not be liable for outages caused by third-party hosting providers, service API changes, or unauthorized access to server setups.

6. POST-DELIVERY CHANGES

Our project delivery includes a post-launch check. Subsequent modifications made to the core codebase or setup by the client or third parties are not covered by our initial checks and audits.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be addressed through professional mediation and cooperative arbitration.
