Our engineering mandate, intellectual property rights, and service commitment

1. THE QUORDIX ENGINEERING MANDATE

Quordix provides end-to-end technical solutions, including Product Strategy, Core System Architecture, User Experience Design, and Advanced AI Integration. By engaging Quordix, the Client is hiring a specialized engineering team dedicated to building high-performance, secure digital assets.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) RIGHTS

  • Custom Deliverables: Upon full settlement of all project invoices, the Client is granted 100% ownership of the custom source code and design assets created specifically for their project.
  • Proprietary Frameworks: Quordix retains ownership of its internal toolsets, pre-existing AI logic libraries, and general development methodologies used to accelerate the building process.

3. PROJECT PHASES & HANDOVER

Every Quordix project follows a structured lifecycle:

  • Visualization: Product strategy and design.
  • Core Systems: Backend and infrastructure development.
  • Interface: Frontend implementation and performance optimization.
  • Hardening: Final AI logic integration and security validation.

4. SECURITY VALIDATION & CERTIFICATION

Quordix takes a "Defense-in-Depth" approach to code. The final hardening phase includes an independent security validation conducted by our partner, SteelGate Audits. This process ensures the code meets modern safety standards. Upon successful completion, the project is issued an "Integrity Seal," proving it has been battle-tested against common vulnerabilities.

5. LIABILITY & SYSTEM INTEGRITY

Quordix utilizes industry-leading development and security practices. However, the Client acknowledges that in an evolving threat landscape, no software system can be considered 100% impenetrable. Quordix and its partners shall not be held liable for losses arising from third-party service outages or sophisticated cyber-attacks that exceed current standard defensive capabilities.

6. TERMINATION OF SECURITY STATUS

The security certification provided at handover is valid for the specific version of the code delivered by Quordix. Material or unauthorized modifications made to the core architecture by the Client or third parties after delivery will nullify the initial security validation.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of our operational jurisdictions in the UAE and Pakistan. Any disputes shall be addressed through professional mediation and arbitration.
